THE 19TH NORDIC CO-PRODUCTION MARKET 

TIME: Wednesday 22 August 2024 at 09:00 – 13.00  

VENUE: Maritim Hall, Haugesund, Norway

At this year’s Nordic Co-Production Market, filmmakers will captivate a discerning professional audience by presenting carefully selected film projects, all seeking co-financing and/or co-production partnerships. With a notable focus on fostering collaboration with the UK, British projects in quest of Nordic co-producers will also actively participate in the event.

The Call for Submissions will open in April 2024.

Co-producing With the Nordic Countries

With this new site, Nordisk Film & TV Fond wants to help you navigate the Nordic region’s inspiring co-production landscape.


New Nordic Films

Nordic co-production and finance market in Haugesund, Norway.


Euroimages

European co-production support for fiction, animation and documentary feature films of a minimum length of 70 minutes. All projects submitted must have at least two co-producers from different member states of the Fund.


Co-produce with Norway

The Norwegian Film Institute (NFI) funds minority
co-production of feature films, documentaries,
drama series, short films and video games.
The NFI also operates the Norwegian Incentive
Scheme and the Norwegian South Film Fund,
Sørfond. In addition, regional film funds support
co-productions for fiction and documentary
feature films and drama series, and the regional
film centres support co-production for documen-
taries and for shorter formats.


Co-producing with Iceland

Iceland has a long history of coproduction with various countries, including the Nordic countries, France, Germany, Poland and the United Kingdom. The Icelandic Film Centre supports coproductions of features, documentaries, TV series and shorts with Iceland as a minority coproducer.
