Netflix has released a trailer for its new six-part high-octane Danish crime thriller series The Asset(Legenden), set for global launch on October 27, 2025. The series follows a young police cadet who goes undercover to infiltrate a ruthless criminal network, navigating danger, deception, and moral dilemmas along the way.

The Asset is helmed by Samanou Acheche Sahlstrøm (In Your arms, Carmen Curlers) as Conceptual Director, alongside episode director Kasper Barfoed (La Palma, The Nurse). The main cast features Clara Dessau (Baby Fever) as the undercover police cadet Tea Lind; Afshin Firouzi (Boundless) as the crime-boss Miran; Maria Cordsen (Fredløs) as Miran’s girlfriend; and Nicolas Bro (Riders of Justice) as Tea’s supervisor Folke, among others.
The aspiring police cadet, Tea, goes undercover as a jeweler to infiltrate a brutal criminal environment that has eluded the grasp of the intelligence service for some time. Adopting a completely new identity, she must befriend the criminal mastermind’s wife, Ashley, to gather crucial intelligence. As Tea gets closer to Ashley and witnesses the grim reality of her life under her husband’s control and within his criminal cobweb, doubts emerge about where her loyalty truly lies.

Synopsis
